APPLICATION PROCESS
Surface Inspection and Preparation
Inspect the exterior walls and undertake repairs to remove surface imperfections such as cracks, rust, undulations and leakages
Primer Application
Apply a coat of Weathercoat Exterior Primer/Acribond Primer/Seal-O-Prime and leave it to dry for 4 to 6 hours.
Joint Sealer Application
Apply a coat of Joint Sealer at the groove-designated location and then fix the masking tape as per the preferred groove size
Double Coat Application
Apply the first coat of Solitaire and remove the masking tape. Following 16-18 hours, re-fix the tape and apply another coat with a hopper spray gun.
