APPLICATION PROCESS
Surface Preparation and Inspection
Undertake repairs of the surface with Express Painting Sander for scraping and cleaning while ensuring crack bridging and waterproofing with Berger Home Shield.
Primer Application
Apply one coat of Weathercoat Exterior Primer/Acribond/Seal-O-Primer and leave it to dry for 4 to 6 hours.
Texture Creation with First Coat
Apply a coat of Joint Sealer and, after waiting for 8 hours, fix the masking tape as per the preferred size of the groove.
Texture Design with Second Coat
Remove the masking tape to apply a coat of the Solitaire, and following 16-18 hours, re-fix the tape to apply a second coat with a hopper spray gun.
